You'll learn all about the gut-brain axis, how this triggers your symptoms, and how you can soothe your gut and mind at the same time. This is one of the most powerful ways to shift your symptoms, sometimes instantly.
Week 3 - Moaning Microbes
You'll learn about the Gut Garden and how you can become the gardener of your own gut microbiome to create the optimal environment for a happy gut and happy body. Our gut is very sensitive to our external environment and you will be surprised at how much impact simple environmental changes can have.
Week 4 - Taming Tension
Tension in the body is one of the #1 things that activates the stress response and causes gut flare-ups. You'll learn how to move stressful emotions through the body in healthy ways to alleviate digestive issues.
Week 5 - Delightful Dialogue
The way we think can create enormous amounts of stress in the body and trigger gut symptoms. You'll learn how to become aware of your internal dialogue and make simple language shifts to calm your gut, body and mind at the same time.
Week 6 - Sustainable Solutions
You'll discover how to implement healthy habits and continue to care for your gut going forward so you can continue to enjoy reduced symptoms and a happier stomach.
We conclude the course with advice on how to integrate your learnings into your life and continue on your gut healing journey.

As a highly sought-after nutritionist and coach, Sarah has a unique ability to put all the pieces of the digestive puzzle together to facilitate quick and long-lasting results.

“I began my journey around my mid-teenage years when I started to become quite unwell. I was underweight, often sick, my stomach was reacting to basically everything and I was constantly fatigued. Things continued to get worse as I got into my early twenties, and it was at the point where I was regularly going home from work and isolating myself because of it all. I was even hospitalised at one stage due to the pain, but no one ever knew what the problem was.
I was eventually diagnosed with coeliac disease in 2012. A few months later my symptoms were better, I had much more energy, I was at a healthy weight and my confidence was up.
But then things plateaued. Yes, I had improved, but I still had lots of gut symptoms, and my emotional state was all over the place.
Once I finally got to the bottom of what was really going on, I was able to address it and my health turned a corner for good.
